If you want to party or don’t mind loud music and bass from the Main Street then the location is for you, it is right in the heart of the Main Street full of bars and restaurants. Sheets were cotton (not crappy polyester). Lockers were spacious, room was spacious. Staff very helpful and attentive and kind. Graciously offered free filtered water which is lovely. The place is super basic and the outside feels a bit dirty but for the lowest hostel in the most central location it’s okay.
The bathroom in the women’s dorm had no toilet seat. The aircon worked which is great but it was dripping all over the bathroom sink. Both things I can handle at a cheaper hostel though. For anyone who does get a bit nervous travelling the hostel is locked securely at night but the room to the female dorm is not locked, no sliding door or personal keys, it felt safe but for someone who is nervous about that just passing on info. Overall good price for the location, just a bit run down and needing maintenance and a bit of a makeover would not hurt but for people who do not mind bare bones you,ll be happy enough.

Better than expected
Not as bad as described by others, place is comfortable and due to its location, most of the places won't be so quiet at night, share rooms are comfortable, just odd that half has ac nd half has a fan.
